“Doris did an exceptional job, making sincere efforts to help sale the house and property. We had a very tight timeline to get it done because of the Estate situation being already 8 months deep. I could only give 3 months to sale. The factors, being in the middle of the winter season when rarely do houses sale. We were up against some serious concerns, including the mortgage still owed.
